Buying Freehold Property in Bulgaria

In order for non-Bulgarian nationals to own freehold property in Bulgaria, it is necessary to form a company. This is very easy to do, and will cost around £400. This is handled by our own agents in Bulgaria and we can arrange for this to take place alongside a viewing trip to visit your property.

Travel

Bulgaria is just three hours flying time from many UK airports served by Bulgaria Air, British Airways and budget airline Wizz Air, with flights to the three main cities of Sofia, Varna and Bourgas. It is also possible to fly to Bucharest and cross the border by road into Bulgaria at Rousse.
